I found great value in the Be Well Group Wellness program. I loved the session topics, accountability, as well as the motivation, guidance, and support to make healthy lifestyle changes. I run weekly and have incorporated yoga into my weekly routine. The focus on food was very beneficial, and I have learned to enjoy my food still while using alternative snacks. I have also significantly reduced the amount of fried food I consume and now use other cooking methods such as sautéing my foods and using the air fryer.

I have more energy, I am sleeping better, and I have lost half of my goal weight. This has been a very worthwhile and life-changing experience.

The Be Well Group Wellness Program has helped me learn how to make my health a priority and part of my everyday lifestyle. As a result of the program, I have started exercising more.  I enjoyed being a part of a community where I felt safe to share my weight loss struggles. The group offered the support I needed to shift my mindset. I have gained the confidence and skills to live healthy. The weekly sessions provided space for sharing our wins as well as I was able to get valuable tips and resources. The program was excellent and I am very grateful for the experience.

I greatly appreciate Dr. Monica’s holistic approach to wellness. She is very attentive, approachable, and offers sound, realistic and evidence-based tips with a whole patient care model. I was proud of myself for stepping out of my comfort zone and trying the healthy and delicious recipes that were provided in the program. As a result of this experience, I am equipped and empowered to make informed decisions about my health. I practice mindful eating, choose healthier food options, eat less junk food, now snack on fruits and vegetables, and go for walks on my lunch break.  I have lost 5 pounds, have more energy, sleep better, am less winded when I walk and feel better about myself. This program has helped me physically, mentally, and emotionally.
